A revolution has taken place in the cutlery industry. We will update this website to include the information contained in the Video above and more. It will take some time because of the amount of information that we will need to include, but you can take a look at the video above for a "reader's digest" version until we have appended this page to include all the information that is becoming available.
Only two "Sakai" Workers are known about at this time. Both in the Steve Gartin Archive. There were certainly many more, but it is suspected that they were marketed in China, Japan, Indonesia, Egypt, Syria, Iran, Russia and Pakistan ~ so there is, currently, no knowledge of where other models may be found.

One of Ten: Five of the Ten were purchased by Yuhai Sakai, the Japanese
Producer of the ClipIt line. Only Five of the Ten Collector's Models were
given as gifts to People in America. Their where-abouts in currently
unknown.
